Original Midwest BBQ
Smoked Midwest was created from a passion for barbeque. This passion has led me all over the United States eating great food from burnt ends in KC, brisket in Texas, ribs in Memphis, sausage fatty in STL, and pulled pork in Arkansas. All of those influences are refelected in the meat I smoke and the rubs I create.
The Story of Smoked Midwest
Each region of the United States has something special to offer, however I always found myself searching for that perfect "go to" seasoning while making BBQ at home. This lead to the creation of Smoked Midwest. Through years of testing and research with different combinations of sugars and spices I have found those perfect seasonings for the backyard pitmaster.
